One booking link gives customers a way to choose a time. Scheduled emails follow up when they haven’t taken the next step.
FLP connects the page, form, calendar link, and emails. Then we check the setup and handle in-scope fixes each month.
LESS TO REMEMBER. MORE FOLLOW-THROUGH.
You approve the wording. The next step is ready. A person takes over when a customer replies.

MEET FLP
For the Love of People.
It’s what FLP stands for.
Shania Khan founded FLP Marketing Group. She is also the founder of Soft60, an author, and a creator who has built a substantial audience around her own work.
She knows the work that comes after someone clicks: answering, explaining, following up, and making the next step clear. That experience shapes FLP’s approach.
AI assists production. People are responsible for the brief, the checks, and the work you approve.
Meet ShaniaThe standard package does not include promotion to Shania’s audience or personal delivery by Shania.
PRIVATE ENGAGEMENTS
Private advisory and hands-on implementation for founders and established businesses with a broader set of priorities.
Defined priorities, deliverables, access, and working cadence. Final scope, resources, and pricing are agreed individually. Ongoing social media posting is not included in new engagements.

The package is for a business with a proven service and an existing source of visitors or inquiries. If you need to find customers first, an acquisition plan comes before this setup.
Email us to check setup availability. We confirm the supported tools, start date, and delivery milestones before you commit. Launch follows your approval and successful connection tests.
We check your email system and booking calendar before accepting the project. Required software and usage costs are quoted separately. Custom integrations and data migrations are outside the standard scope.
Form and follow-up checks, in-scope fixes, an activity summary, and one consolidated change request. That change can update one existing page section or up to two emails in the existing sequence. New pages, offers, and sequences are separate projects. Unused requests do not accumulate.
The sequence uses only emails you approve. Real replies go to your business contact. Reply, opt-out, and connected booking stop rules are tested before launch. The system does not invent prices or negotiate with customers.
Daily social content, ads and ad spend, ongoing PR, Google review management, multiple offers, ecommerce checkout, custom dashboards, CRM migrations, phone or SMS agents, and unlimited revisions. Private engagements are scoped separately.
The proposed terms allow cancellation before the next monthly renewal. Ownership of paid-for work and customer data, software costs, hosting, handover, and access removal will be set out in your agreement before payment.
No. Existing clients continue under their agreed scope and pricing. Published prices apply to new engagements. Changes to existing work are discussed and agreed directly.
