A local business has stories happening inside it every day. The people. The regulars. The Friday plans. Our work for Joyleaf brings those stories into the feed.

The brief
Give the brand a social presence that reflects the people and personality behind the business. For Joyleaf, that means making room for community moments, the store team, and a playful voice alongside everyday updates.
The creative decision
Make the people and occasions the story. A customer’s words about a team member become a piece of content. A Friday event gets its own visual treatment. The Joy character and recognizable purple and yellow palette connect the pieces.
Each post has a specific job: explain an event, recognize someone, or express the brand’s personality. That gives the calendar a reason to exist beyond keeping it full.
01 · COMMUNITY
Put the occasion first.
The Food Truck Fridays artwork gives the event a clear headline and an immediately readable time. The mascot keeps the message rooted in Joyleaf’s world.
02 · PEOPLE
Let the team be seen.
A review recognizing Marvin becomes a designed social asset. The customer’s experience supplies the story; the creative gives it space and a consistent visual identity.

FLP’s role
Content planning, creative direction, copywriting, and social asset development, with content supplied by the store’s in-house team contributing to the wider calendar. The examples here show event communication and customer-story creative.
What the work shows
A recognizable visual language across different kinds of posts, with the local community at the center. The finished pieces show how a business’s existing relationships can become material for its social presence.
This case study documents strategy and creative execution. Campaign reach, foot traffic, and sales are not measured on this page.
