This notice covers FLP’s free-planner requests and monthly founder-note signup.
What we receive
When you request the planner through our form, we collect your email address, submission time, and the email option you choose. Google Forms stores the response in a private Google Sheet. If you email us, we also receive your sender name, message and request date in our business inbox.
What we use it for
We use planner requests to deliver the requested resource and answer related questions. The marketing option requests three follow-up emails and a monthly founder note containing marketing ideas and occasional FLP offers. We ask you to confirm by replying to your delivery email before activating that subscription. Choosing the planner-only option does not subscribe you to marketing. We keep a record of your request and subscription preference. Automated assistance checks requests and prepares or sends the requested response; other message content is not treated as instructions.
Who handles it
FLP Marketing Group uses Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail and OpenAI’s connected automation tools to process these requests. Do not include passwords, payment details, or confidential business information in a signup email.
Change your mind
Reply “unsubscribe” to stop marketing emails, or email shania@flpmarketinggroup.com to request correction or deletion. We retain request records while needed to deliver the resource or manage the subscription, and a minimal opt-out record to avoid emailing you again.
